4th WALL was formed in September 2001.
A number of the people involved in the first version of Marriage by Gogol at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival decided that they wanted to build on this success and create a new theatre company.
Our productions include:- - musical adaptations of literary classics, such as Marriage; - our own interpretation of popular standards, such as Sweeney Todd and Into the Woods; - less well known shows, which we believe deserve a wider audience, such as The Mystery of Edwin Drood.
Our performances will be to the highest standards: our success will be measured by the numbers of our audiences who want to come back for more.
